ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Prepare monthly engineering KPI reports covering capital expenditure, maintenance, health, safety, environment, and quality metrics for site leadership.
- •Support internal and external audits by maintaining inspection-ready maintenance and calibration records and documentation.
- •Plan and schedule maintenance tasks with external suppliers and production teams to minimize manufacturing downtime.
- •Lead or contribute to equipment, utilities, and facility improvement projects, including energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, and maintenance initiatives.
- •Establish maintenance and calibration schedules in collaboration with site Engineering and enter master data into the Centralized Maintenance Management System.
- •Monitor and control maintenance and calibration work order backlogs, confirmations, and time allocations to ensure timely execution.
- •Assess quality impact and support equipment release following maintenance activities while archiving records in SAP and COMOS.
- •Create, maintain, and verify engineering documents such as protocols, drawings, schedules, layouts, calculations, and data sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in engineering-based roles, ideally with a maintenance planning or maintenance-focused background.
- Proven experience planning, coordinating, and tracking maintenance and calibration activities in a regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience using a Centralized Maintenance Management System such as SAP, COMOS, and CMX.
- Ability to maintain accurate engineering data, records, and documentation for audits and quality reviews.
- Fluent German and English language skills with proficiency in the local language.
- Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and quality impact assessment principles.
