ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise PLM Support Leadership: Lead and manage the enterprise systems support team providing L2/L3 operational support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis for Amgen's Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud PLM platform.
Team Guidance & Coaching: Supervise, train, coach, and guide support analysts and junior team members in resolving complex platform incidents and maintaining operational excellence.
Proactive Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform proactive maintenance, system patching, SRT testing, environment upgrades, and hypercare support to ensure high availability and robust information security compliance.
GxP Compliance & Audit Defense: Create and maintain comprehensive GxP documentation for software configurations, tenant changes, and release deployments; align with DevOps teams and respond to formal GxP audit inquiries.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with global cross-functional business stakeholders, product delivery teams, and external software vendors to drive service SLAs, issue resolution, and regular system health reporting.
Technical & Domain Standards
Strong operational understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and related modules (ENOVIA, DELMIA, CATIA Report Generator, NETVIBES).
Deep understanding of GxP validation, enterprise change controls, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices within life sciences.
