ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Perform key Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for the commercialization markets out of BMS's Hyderabad Hub.
Act as a highly collaborative Finance business partner to cross-functional teams and market leadership.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
Leadership & Business Impact
Partner with international commercial teams to optimize financial performance and strategic resource allocation.
Help streamline financial processes and hub operations to deliver scale and efficiency across commercial markets.
