ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Solutions & Service Delivery: Coordinate and lead Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) services, technology lifecycle management, and business continuity initiatives across global Clinical Development programs to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Perform critical analysis of clinical operational workflows, systems, and tools; identify inefficiencies, mitigate business continuity risks, and lead Lean process improvement projects from planning to execution.
Testing & System Validation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manual testing frameworks for clinical technologies including Interactive Response Technology (IRT) / Randomisation and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) systems using test management tools like HP ALM or JIRA.
Stakeholder Enablement & Training: Deliver expert support, conduct tool/process trainings for user communities, facilitate knowledge sharing, establish operational best practices, and drive change management across global teams.
Governance & Issue Escalation: Manage program risks and issues, utilize defined governance and escalation channels to resolve delivery blockers, and track post-implementation performance metrics.
Technical & Domain Standards
Strong understanding of clinical drug development lifecycles, ICH-GCP guidelines, IRT/RTSM software systems, and clinical trial delivery models.
Proficiency in structured testing methodologies, test documentation, and quality management within clinical information systems.
