ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead internal and external communication initiatives to promote employee engagement, employer branding, and corporate culture at Amgen India.
Execute internal communications plans for organizational announcements, leadership updates, town halls, leadership visits, and key events.
Develop compelling content including newsletters, articles, intranet updates, email announcements, FAQs, and executive presentations.
Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels, maintaining the editorial calendar and supporting website content updates.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to produce communication collaterals, digital assets, and event materials.
Track and report communication campaign metrics, engagement analytics, and overall effectiveness across internal and external platforms.
