ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on process equipment and utilities within a 24/7 cGMP biopharma manufacturing facility.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Reliability teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system equipment issues.
Manage work orders within CMMS, ensuring proper review, approval, closure, and accurate GMP documentation.
Provide guidance to junior technicians and oversee vendor and contractor performance, onboarding, and training.
Support TrackWise compliance processes including investigations, deviations, CAPA closures, and change controls.
Maintain safety protocols such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) while working in cleanroom environments.
