Logistics Coordinator 2

Coordinate domestic and international shipments supporting clinical trial operations. • Manage receiving, shipping, reverse logistics, inventory, and shipping supplies accurately. • Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and compliance documentation for regulated materials. • Handle biological sample shipments in accordance with applicable transportation and regulatory requirements. • Monitor inventory and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues. • Track logistics metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Collaborate with clinical sites, couriers, customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams. • Support quality investigations, corrective actions, approved procedures, and safety requirements. • Work onsite in Carlsbad, CA, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, with rare Saturday work during extended holidays.
