ROLE OVERVIEW

Life Cycle Manager acting as the ESO project lead for technical, manufacturing, and engineering initiatives across the life cycle of a product.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Lead technical transfer projects from initial planning through delivery and formal closure.
  • •Create project charters, detailed action plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing Science and Technology, Quality, Artwork, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners.
  • •Act as the main point of contact between Novartis teams and contract manufacturing organizations.
  • •Track project activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deviations against agreed timelines.
  • •Ensure projects meet agreed strategies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, budgets, and operational objectives.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Technical Operations / ESO

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical discipline.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience working with solid oral dosage forms.
  • 7 to 10 years of project management experience involving technology transfers.
  • Technical understanding of tablet formulation, manufacturing processes, and product requirements.
  • Working knowledge of registration requirements across Europe and Rest of World markets.
