ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Leadership & Application Architecture
Lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of enterprise full-stack healthcare applications utilizing Angular on the front end and .NET / .NET Core with C# on the back end.
Remain actively hands-on in coding, conducting rigorous peer code reviews, and steering technical design decisions.
Define and enforce enterprise software architecture standards, secure coding best practices, and robust application security guidelines.
Guide and mentor software engineering teams to build scalable, highly maintainable, and high-performance cloud and web solutions.
Production Engineering & Collaboration
Troubleshoot complex technical defects and provide rapid root-cause resolution for critical production incidents.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, product managers, and key stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with product objectives.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture by identifying skill gaps and driving continuous learning initiatives across development squads.
