ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage pharmaceutical manufacturing, granulation, compression, and coating operations at Lupin in Goa.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Execute manufacturing and processing of batches as per BMR and SOPs
- •Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment in granulation, compression, and coating sections
- •Perform in-process checks and online documentation
- •Conduct line clearance activities during product changeovers
- •Monitor environmental conditions and support quality compliance
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Production Supervisor • Team size: 10-15 production staff

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Pharmacy or Biochemistry
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production (granulation/compression/coating)
- Sound knowledge of cGMP standards and shop-floor documentation
- Strong understanding of safety and EH&S requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related Life Sciences field
- •Experience with troubleshooting pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
