Inventory Analyst

Inventory Health Monitoring: Track stock availability, weeks of supply, stock-out risks, overstock, slow-moving inventory, expiry exposure, and batch risk with value impact across assigned affiliates and product portfolios.

Analytics & Governance: Prepare exception reports, inventory insights, and supply-demand balancing recommendations. Maintain KPIs, dashboards, trackers, and governance routines.

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams to standardize supply chain processes, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive automation/simplification initiatives.

Operational Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, and training collateral to build operational discipline and accountability.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management: In-depth knowledge of inventory principles, replenishment planning, S&OP, order management, and stock health monitoring.

Enterprise Tools & Analytics: Hands-on proficiency with SAP, Order to Cash (O2C), OMP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Cross-Functional Partnering: Act as a central coordination point across affiliates, regional teams, demand planners, supply chain managers, and GBS teams to convert complex data into actionable decisions.

Excellence & Compliance: Ensure continuous supply of life-saving medicines while reducing operational manual workload and improving decision quality.
