ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive end-to-end integration architecture and technical implementation for enterprise contact center (CCaaS) platforms and modern voice/API ecosystems.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions for CCaaS and enterprise voice platforms
  • •Design, test, and deploy REST APIs using Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services
  • •Perform API orchestration and complex data transformation using JSON and XML
  • •Build ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time customer interaction data processing
  • •Implement enterprise authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OpenID Connect
  • •Develop integration logic using Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET
  • •Configure and support voice technologies including VoIP, SIP, RTP, and WebRTC
  • •Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, manage scope, and lead technical execution
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Lead Consultant / Technology Architect • Team size: 5-10 engineers

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA
  • 7-9 years of experience delivering contact center or CCaaS implementations
  • Hands-on experience with voice technologies (VoIP, SIP, RTP, WebRTC) and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Experience with Sprinklr, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco Webex, or RingCentral
  • •Hands-on knowledge of IVR concepts, IVR/CCT, and event streaming via Apache Kafka
  • •Certification in MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or Boomi
