ROLE OVERVIEW

Drive territory-level pharmaceutical sales and customer engagement while promoting Pfizer products to healthcare professionals, managing key accounts, supporting product availability, and maintaining strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Achieve assigned territory sales budgets and develop monthly sales plans
  • •Conduct sales analytics and identify priority stakeholders and growth opportunities
  • •Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, wholesalers, retailers, and KOLs
  • •Deliver compliant product presentations and detailed promotional messages using approved materials
  • •Monitor competitor activity, hospital purchasing trends, inventory, and product availability
  • •Organize doctor meetings, speaker programs, round tables, and CME programs
  • •Report adverse events and product complaints according to applicable SOPs
  • •Maintain daily activity reports, expense records, samples, promotional materials, and territory compliance
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to the District Manager; works closely with sales team colleagues, CFA/inventory teams, healthcare professionals, customers, and assigned trainees

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification as required for the field sales position
  • Ability to manage a pharmaceutical sales territory and achieve defined sales objectives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage medical practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Willingness to conduct regular field visits and follow approved tour and coverage plans

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
  • •Experience managing healthcare professionals, hospitals, or KOLs
