Senior Analyst – Clinical Study Data & CRO Performance Management
By Admin · Clinical Research & Clinical Operations

ROLE OVERVIEW
This Senior Analyst – SD Performance role sits within GSK's Data Science and Clinical Systems function in Bengaluru, the engine room behind the company's global vaccine and specialty medicine trials. The position owns the strategic, contractual and performance-management layer of GSK's clinical outsourcing model, ensuring preferred CRO partners delivering data management and clinical systems work to benchmark quality, cost and timeline standards. For professionals with clinical research or clinical systems experience, this is a rare chance to move from hands-on execution into strategic service-delivery leadership inside a top-tier global biopharma, with visibility across global stakeholders and genuine scope to shape how GSK manages its external data-science ecosystem.
