ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support site communications, including drafting site stories, internal announcements, and basic informational materials.
Assist with bilingual translation and proofreading between English and Chinese to ensure clarity and consistency across site documents.
Support hosting town halls, site events, and presentations in both English and Chinese.
Plan and coordinate logistics for site visits, including itinerary preparation, transportation, accommodation, and meal arrangements.
Align visit agendas with global and internal teams and deliver on-site support to ensure seamless visit execution and follow-up.
