ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and maintain platform-specific curriculum and training content within Center of Excellence (COE) governance and global compliance frameworks.
Address 90% platform-level and 10% site-level content needs across manufacturing sites.
Apply process-based curricula principles, organizing training modules around specific manufacturing processes with task-level qualifications.
Collaborate with site Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Platform Leads, and COE to resolve content gaps and ensure alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Optimize Time to Qualification metrics by eliminating training redundancies, standardizing On-the-Job Training (OJT), and addressing learning bottlenecks.
Support equivalency, exception, and substitution evaluations within the Quality Management System during audits and compliance reviews.
