ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day quality oversight on the shop floor during production shifts to ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness.
Review and support approval of batch documentation to enable timely, compliant batch release.
Lead or support investigations into deviations, incidents, and customer complaints using root cause analysis.
Execute level 1 and level 2 internal audits, spot checks, and quality oversight activities.
Coach and train operational colleagues on quality standards, documentation practices, and safe work behaviors.
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up to ensure effective closure.
