ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain full compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, EHSS standards, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements to ensure site inspection readiness.
Execute SAP warehouse and dispatch transactions to maintain inventory accuracy, material traceability, and continuous supply for manufacturing.
Manage warehouse QMS processes including root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, deviations, change controls, and audit observations.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement using GPS/Lean tools, Gemba walks, Tier meetings, and Kaizen initiatives.
Lead and develop warehouse personnel through performance coaching, capability building, and daily operational leadership.
