ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute the Europe and Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Trials (DICT) strategy incorporating data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled capabilities.
Establish multi-year innovation roadmaps and operational strategies using digital tools for real-time patient enrollment tracking, site feasibility, and KPI monitoring.
Manage regional budgets, prioritize technology investments, and drive external community partnerships to embed diversity into clinical trial design.
Collaborate with global R&D, Corporate Affairs, and Clinical Sciences Operations (CSO) to ensure regional strategies align with global data standards and digital workflows.
Represent Sanofi in external industry consortiums and regulatory working groups (IHI, TransCelerate, MHRA/HRA, EFPIA).
Partner with health tech providers and academic institutions to pilot AI/ML tools, predictive modeling, and demographic analytics for clinical trials.
