ROLE OVERVIEW

District Manager responsible for driving oncology business growth in the Srinagar territory through sales execution, healthcare professional engagement, territory planning, scientific communication, and customer relationship management.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Drive territory business growth against sales objectives
  • •develop monthly territory plans and sales strategies
  • •schedule and execute HCP and hospital pharmacy calls
  • •map territory potential and competitor activity
  • •identify and engage new doctors
  • •maintain relationships with key opinion and business leaders
  • •coordinate scientific engagements and medical education activities with Medical Affairs
  • •ensure product availability through distributor orders
  • •prepare accurate sales, stock, and activity reports
  • •collaborate with internal and external partners
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to the Senior Regional Business Manager and works with Area Business Manager, Medical Affairs, distributors, healthcare professionals, hospital pharmacies, and other internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant pharmaceutical sales or healthcare commercial experience
  • ability to manage a defined territory and sales objectives
  • strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • ability to work with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders
  • willingness to work in a field-based role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Oncology or hematology commercial experience
