Director, IT

Serve as a senior leadership figure in the IT PMO, holding full accountability for the delivery, governance, and business value realization of enterprise IT projects and programs across designated global portfolios.

Collaborate closely with PMO executive leadership to manage project demand and resource supply, assess new business cases, drive portfolio reporting, and oversee operational excellence.

Manage P&L, operational expenditure (Opex), and Capital Expenditure (Capex) utilization targets for portfolio projects to maximize ROI and protect commercial interests.

Lead, coach, and manage a team of internal and external Project Managers (PMs), ensuring strict adherence to PMO delivery methodologies, compliance processes, and professional development milestones.

Establish and enforce robust governance structures, RACI matrices, and risk mitigation frameworks across all stages of project and program lifecycles.

Represent the IT PMO at executive steering committees and senior-level forums, providing concise insights and decision-support materials to global IT leadership.

Consult with IT Business Partners on IT roadmaps, budget planning cycles, and business case solution architecture definitions.

Review and negotiate vendor contracts for software implementations and external staffing, ensuring commercial safeguards and alignment with delivery requirements.

Lead assessments of technical scope, budgets, and resourcing for client proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.

Track post-implementation benefits, user adoption metrics, and ROI reporting to executive boards (IAB).
