ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Manage data-driven projects under the guidance of senior team members, applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Design and implement machine-learning algorithms for business and life-sciences problems.
Conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret data trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Design and conduct experiments and evaluate analytical results.
Develop and maintain data pipelines while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical, data-driven solutions.
Communicate analytical findings through detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Work on unique and open-ended problems where data and situational analysis may require evaluation of intangible factors.
Contribute as a team member to innovation efforts and solve open-ended analytical questions.
Technical & Analytical Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
Experience developing and deploying machine-learning algorithms.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python and SQL.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of advanced statistical methods.
Ability to develop data pipelines and maintain data quality.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience leading data-science projects.
Knowledge of big-data technologies and cloud platforms.
Experience with data-engineering tools and frameworks.
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Communication & Working Style
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Work Schedule
Hybrid position based in Hyderabad.
Candidates are expected to work 2-3 days per week from the Hyderabad office.
Second shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
