ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities & Data Engineering
Design, build, and optimize scalable data warehouse (DWH) architectures and ETL pipelines using PL/SQL and relational databases.
Design and manage robust, scalable data deployment pipelines on Snowflake and Intelligent Data Platforms (IDP).
Execute data extraction, transformation, loading, and modeling tasks to support pharmaceutical enterprise data initiatives.
Perform data engineering scripts in Python to automate workflows, transform datasets, and handle structured/semi-structured data feeds.
Quality, Security & Optimization
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, data integrity, pipeline performance, and data security across cloud and on-premises environments.
Troubleshoot complex SQL queries, database procedures, and deployment errors to resolve operational pipeline bottlenecks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data architects, and healthcare domain experts to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings into actionable insights supporting commercial and clinical healthcare strategies.
