ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Dashboard Design & Data Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI KPI dashboards utilizing Power Query Editor, DAX functions, and Microsoft SQL Server to deliver operational insights across business service lines (P2P, A2R, O2C, HR).
Data Engineering & Analysis: Collect, clean, manipulate, and interpret transactional and non-transactional business data from enterprise ERPs and workflow platforms.
Stakeholder Enablement & Consulting: Act as an internal consultant for data visualization, educating business stakeholders and enabling self-service analytics across global Sanofi departments.
Process Improvement & CI/CD Pipeline: Identify process gaps, control circumventions, and flow delays while helping build continuous deployment pipelines for analytics solutions.
Technical & Domain Standards
Visualization & Querying: Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query Editor, MS SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
Enterprise ERP Systems: Exposure to core back-office transactional environments such as SAP, Workday, eBuy, or Coupa.
Process Frameworks: Familiarity with process mining, optimization methodologies (Lean), and Agile/Scrum project frameworks.
Leadership & Impact
Business Transformation: Partner with global cross-functional leaders to turn raw transactional data into actionable business intelligence for strategic decision-making.
