Data Analyst – Consultant/Senior Consultant (Formulary & Payer Access Analytics)

Extract, analyze, and validate complex formulary and market access data utilizing MMIT platforms to monitor coverage, tier placement, and Utilization Management restrictions (Prior Authorization [PA], Step Therapy [ST]) across Commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid channels.

Conduct in-depth analysis of Payer and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) formulary decisions, competitor access positioning, and formulary shifts directly impacting brand commercial performance.

Build and deploy data analysis pipelines, presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and actionable market access insights to brand, pricing, and contracting stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with business users to capture analytical requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for access data products.

Drive data quality enhancement initiatives and implement data governance best practices across all commercial analytics pipelines.

Deliver clear, structured executive presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional global access strategy teams.

Integrate AI tools into day-to-day analytics workflows to automate repetitive tasks, document processes, develop AI agents, and enhance insight presentation.

Explore and implement modern analytical techniques, cloud platforms, and reporting methodologies for payer landscape evaluation.
