CTI MD - Enterprise Technology and Architecture Lead

Lead the Office of Architecture for the CTI MD functional tech area, reporting to the Senior Director CTI MD Tech@Lilly Leader and dotted to the Senior Director Tech@Lilly Enterprise Business Architect.

Establish strategic 2-5 year architecture roadmaps spanning AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Advanced Analytics, Information, and Application modernization.

Formulate reference architectures, design frameworks, implementation patterns, and technology optimization strategies for enterprise-scale platforms.

Lead high-value technical innovation initiatives, external research, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and Proof-of-Value (PoVs) to accelerate business performance.

Steer architectural governance, design reviews, portfolio dependency management, and risk mitigation frameworks across global and affiliate programs.

Direct complex, transformational technology initiatives including enterprise AI modernization, advanced analytics platforms, and omnichannel customer engagements.

Provide technical oversight across system development, platform integrations, and security alignments in partnership with global architecture and information security teams.

Maintain architecture status scorecards tracking governance, modernization milestones, and alignment with enterprise principles.

Act as the strategic architectural bridge between India engineering centers and global Enterprise Tech@Lilly architecture forums.

Provide informal supervisory leadership, coaching, and career mentorship to a team of engineers and architects.

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with leading global cloud, AI, and enterprise software technology vendors.
