ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, study protocols, and synopses, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Develop, review, and finalize strategic proposals, study budgets, and client contracts according to SOPs and guidance.
Manage end-to-end RFP and contract processes from receipt to delivery, identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Amend project budgets in partnership with cross-functional clinical teams, using internal reporting tools to map client bid-grids.
Lead client meetings to negotiate budget terms, pricing structures, and contractual timelines to secure targeted client signatures.
Ensure accurate file maintenance and system metric updates across proposal and contract management databases (e.g., Salesforce).
