ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct the global operational planning, setup, execution, and delivery of Phase 3 clinical trials in Oncology or Inflammation.
Provide leadership and direction to international study teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and defined KPIs.
Oversee country allocation, operational feasibility, patient recruitment plans, vendor outsourcing (including Central Labs), and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage core trial document development (e.g., protocols, ICFs, patient-facing materials, CTRs) in collaboration with cross-functional leads.
Monitor clinical trial conduct and data cleaning to maintain strict compliance with GCP, global regulatory standards, and Trial Master File (TMF) archiving requirements.
Collaborate with CTMs, Data Management, Statistics, Safety, and Medical Writing teams to ensure high-quality trial execution and data disclosure on global registries.
