ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) devices and software across customer accounts.
Support CRM product implants, post-implant device checks/interrogations, and provide troubleshooting support for physicians and clinical staff.
Educate healthcare professionals on CRM products and solutions while assisting with consignment inventory management and purchase order tracking.
Provide on-call territory coverage during evenings and weekends as required by regional operational needs.
