ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Complete all required training within established timelines.
Perform day-to-day operational tasks while maintaining required quality and productivity standards.
Maintain project and technical documentation accurately and appropriately.
Conduct quality checks on completed work.
Escalate issues promptly when required.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Monitor customer complaints, issues, and concerns and ensure appropriate resolution.
Support a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
Participate as a contributing core team member in process improvement initiatives.
Liaise effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Develop an understanding of services across different operational clusters and client-specific requirements.
Manage and resolve changes, issues, and concerns of varying complexity with little to no guidance for routine/moderately complex work, while seeking guidance for complex matters.
Work Schedule
Full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
Monday through Friday schedule.
Rotational shifts.
Location: Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Technical & Quality Standards
Compliance with departmental SOPs and Work Instructions is required.
Timely completion of mandatory training is expected.
Work must meet defined quality and productivity expectations.
Project and technical documentation must be maintained appropriately.
Quality checks must be performed on completed work.
Issues and concerns must be escalated appropriately and in a timely manner.
The role emphasizes scientific and process excellence through adherence to established procedures and seeking advice when needed to improve work quality and deliverables.
Customer & Process Excellence
Maintain a strong customer-focused approach by understanding client needs, expectations, and operating context.
Monitor and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives.
Support service understanding across different clusters and client-specific requests.
Apply planning, organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills to operational challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Science is required.
Preferred experience includes approximately two years in a quality review environment, medical technology, or medical sciences.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities are expected.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively with team members.
