ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and distribute clinical investigator site grant payments and manage site financial workflows.
Configure clinical study finance systems according to study specifications, EDC structures, and site contracts.
Process financial data to ensure precise payment distribution, budget forecasting, and accrual tracking.
Investigate invoice discrepancies, manage past due accounts, and handle refund requests with clinical teams.
Generate regular financial reporting for payment activities and assist leadership during site payment audits.
