ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine specimen acceptability and perform routine to complex clinical laboratory testing following SOPs.
Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, maintaining preventative maintenance and quality control records.
Evaluate new reagents or controls and ensure accurate, timely reporting of diagnostic test results.
Support inventory management of bench supplies, specimen processing, and adherence to laboratory safety standards.
