ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead clinical data management activities for clinical research studies, coordinating data management teams, clients, project leads, documentation, training, metrics and study deliverables.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Apply clinical trial protocols to daily data management activities
- •liaise with Project Leads, clients and management on data management activities
- •develop and maintain data management project documentation
- •independently review data management deliverables against CDM guidelines
- •develop and deliver study-specific training
- •prepare status reports and monitor study metrics
- •support forecasting, resource planning, bid preparation and contract modification activities
- •mentor junior staff and independently perform assigned data management activities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education training and directly related experience
- knowledge of regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations
- strong written and verbal English communication
- analytical and problem-solving ability
- ability to work independently and in teams
