ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview
Support the Central Contracts & Proposal function for Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies within a clinical research organization.
Manage feasibility coordination, proposal development, quotation preparation, study contract review and contract modification activities.
Work with internal technical, clinical, operational and business stakeholders to obtain information required for commercially and technically appropriate BA/BE proposals.
Core Responsibilities
Thoroughly review new client inquiries and initiate feasibility assessments with the appropriate internal technical team.
Follow up with internal stakeholders and track feasibility responses required for proposal development.
Prepare BA/BE study proposals and quotations based on client requirements, feasibility inputs, study requirements and available technical information.
Prepare, organize and maintain proposal-related documentation.
Develop and review pre-study contracts and study-related contracts for BA/BE studies.
Provide comments, clarifications and responses during contract review and negotiation activities.
Prepare contract modifications and change orders when project requirements change.
Support revisions to scope of work and corresponding budget modifications.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to collect technical, operational and financial inputs needed for proposals and contractual documents.
Support accurate communication and follow-up across multiple concurrent inquiries and priorities.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Apply knowledge of basic regulatory guidelines relevant to the conduct of BA/BE studies.
Understand BA/BE study workflows sufficiently to translate technical and operational requirements into proposals, quotations and contractual documentation.
Support proposal costing, budgeting and financial modifications associated with changes in project scope.
Review contractual and proposal documentation carefully for completeness, consistency and alignment with study requirements.

Understand and apply information from technical manuals and technical documentation.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹3.5L - 4.5L per annum
The reported compensation range for this position is approximately INR 350,000 to INR 450,000 per annum. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant BA/BE proposal and contract experience, pharmaceutical qualifications, technical knowledge, communication ability and employer compensation policies.
