ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Medpace Clinical Research India is hiring for the position of Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Engineering in Navi Mumbai. This opportunity is suitable for graduates interested in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, SQL, Python, data visualization and data warehousing within the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry.

Key Responsibilities

Work with SQL, Python, data modeling and data warehousing technologies.

Support enterprise-wide data and business intelligence initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the US Data Engineering team.

Partner with data engineers on data architecture and design.

Conduct complex data analysis to identify important business insights.

Translate analytical findings into information that supports departmental decision-making.

Design and develop key metrics, reports and dashboards.

Build data visualization solutions that improve business visibility.

Help identify opportunities to improve organizational performance and reduce costs.

Develop long-term analytical and BI solutions for complex business requirements.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders across the Medpace organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science or a related field.

0–5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering or a related area.

Advanced SQL and Python skills are preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently.

Interest in learning fundamental data engineering and BI technologies.
