ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

Partner directly with the US Established Brands marketing team to build commercial brand strategies and drive execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives across Diabetes, Obesity, and Rare Disease portfolios.
Lead the tactical development and rollout of personal and non-personal HCP and patient promotional campaigns across digital, CRM, and paid media channels.
Collaborate closely with forecasting, pricing, and market access functions to craft commercial storylines that support revenue targets and brand sales performance.
Manage Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) / Promotional Review Board (PRB) review cycles, managing submissions, recertifications, and approvals of marketing collateral in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Analytics, Omnichannel Operations) and external creative agencies to ensure compliant and seamless campaign execution.
Track campaign KPIs and performance analytics, generating data-driven insights and optimization recommendations for brand leadership.
Represent the brand team in global cross-functional forums, supporting knowledge sharing and operational excellence across Operations GBS.

Technical & Domain Standards

Strong command of US pharmaceutical marketing regulations, promotional compliance, and omnichannel commercialization strategies.
Hands-on proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats for end-to-end MLR review, approval, and digital asset lifecycle management.
Advanced analytical capability using Microsoft Excel (pivots, VBA) and executive storyboarding in Microsoft PowerPoint.
In-depth understanding of chronic therapeutic areas including Diabetes, Obesity, and Rare Diseases.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the strategic liaison between GBS Bangalore and the US commercial affiliate, driving alignment across diverse time zones.
Influence multidisciplinary stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Product Supply, and Commercial teams without direct authority.
Undertake international travel (5–10 days per year) as needed to support strategic alignments and business reviews.
