ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clarivate is hiring B.Pharm and M.Pharm graduates for its FingerTip Formulary Team. This hybrid role focuses on market access, formulary management, clinical research, and drug coverage research.
Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate drug coverage information from reliable healthcare sources.
Interpret clinical and formulary data with high accuracy.
Enter and maintain pharmaceutical coverage data in internal databases.
Collaborate with Formulary and Restrictions teams for consistent interpretation.
Maintain supporting documentation for drug coverage records.
Support automation workflows related to formulary content.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in healthcare data management.
Work closely with global stakeholders across India and the USA.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
Strong understanding of clinical and pharmaceutical data
Excellent analytical and research skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹5.5L - 8.5L per annum
Estimated compensation is ₹5.5 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA based on similar roles in Bangalore. Actual compensation depends on experience, interview performance, and company policies.
