Associate Specialist, technical Product Management

Workday Integration Architecture & Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain complex enterprise integrations between Workday and external systems utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors (CCW, PI, PECI, WECI Orchestration), Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Report Writer, and Informatica IICS / middleware platforms.

Custom App & Application Extensions: Build and architect scalable custom enterprise applications and extensions using Workday Extend to satisfy unique business requirements across HCM, Learning, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.

Requirements Translation & Solution Design: Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders, conduct technical impact assessments, develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and translate business workflows into technical designs.

SDLC & Release Governance: Manage code migrations across Workday sandbox/production tenants, maintain change management documentation adhering to audit controls, and execute production remediations.

Security & Protocol Standards: Implement and enforce integration security protocols including SSL, SAML, OAuth, Integration System Users (ISU), and Integration System Security Groups (ISSG).

Strong expertise in Web Services protocols (SOAP, REST), data formats (XML, JSON, XSLT), and Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS).

In-depth understanding of Workday HCM suite architecture and third-party vendor integrations within a DevOps and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework.
