Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Quality Complaints at Amgen, you will

Conduct complaint investigation activities related to customer feedback records.

Evaluate and manage product complaint records according to applicable procedures.

Process records with limited information and determine escalation requirements.

Ensure complaint investigations remain compliant with SOPs and quality standards.

Manage customer feedback records through closure.

Review and process voided complaint records.

Maintain quality and accuracy of complaint documentation.

Handle controlled documents through Amgen’s CDOCS system.

Support project management activities and provide status updates.

Maintain trackers, tools, and quality documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within complaint management processes.
