ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate - MSAT at Pfizer, you will
Support technology transfer from development to commercial manufacturing.
Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
Execute analytical method development, method validation, and method transfer activities.
Conduct feasibility studies and material compatibility studies.
Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
Generate and maintain working standards and reference standards.
Calibrate analytical instruments according to GMP requirements.
Investigate OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
Support particulate investigations through particle identification and evaluation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain cGMP, cGLP, and laboratory safety compliance.
Prepare technical reports and maintain analytical documentation.
Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and analytical issues.
