ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Contribute to MSAT project tasks and milestones while organizing work to meet established deadlines.
Support transition of pharmaceutical products from research into manufacturing.
Collaborate with pilot-plant and production departments to facilitate technology transfer.
Conduct tests and measurements throughout production stages.
Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues.
Prepare and review scale-up protocols, technology transfer protocols, batch manufacturing records, batch packaging records and bills of materials.
Establish small-scale production processes and use scaled-down laboratory processes for troubleshooting.
Share technical knowledge through established systems and follow applicable safety procedures.
Technical & Domain Standards
Apply knowledge of microscopy, chromatography and spectroscopy analysis.
Work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Use process monitoring systems and established manufacturing procedures.
Support analytical activities associated with scale-up and technology transfer.
Perform technical work under appropriate supervision, with regular review for judgment, completeness and accuracy.
Leadership & Impact
Resolve basic technical problems within defined options under supervisor direction.
Collaborate with pilot-plant, production and engineering stakeholders.
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project milestones and quality expectations.
Contribute to efficient and reliable manufacturing technology transfer.

REQUIRED VERIFIED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification; alternatively associate's degree with 4 years relevant experience and project-handling capability; microscopy; chromatography; spectroscopy analysis; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); process monitoring systems; troubleshooting; problem-solving; communication skills; ability to meet deadlines; ability to work under pressure; self-motivated approach; ability to work with minimal direction
