ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Review User Access Request Forms received from clients and internal teams for accuracy.
Submit User Access Requests in IT Central and follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity while completing required trainings within required timelines.
Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients.
Perform troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner and gather/investigate background materials.
Ensure regulatory requirements and corporate policies are adhered to.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external user community, liaising with internal collaborators for routing/escalation.
Communicate via email, phone, or virtual meetings to answer queries, provide support, and escalate as needed.
Technical & Domain Standards
Office-based role requiring rotational shifts (9 AM - 6 PM / 2 PM - 11 PM / 9 PM - 6 AM IST).
Experience and expertise in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Edge, and OneNote.
Adherence to user access management and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Impact
