Own architecture and delivery of enterprise integration solutions with reliable, scalable and secure data flows across internal and external systems.

Design and govern data pipelines and integration frameworks that provide consistent access to product, customer, market and operational data.

Partner with Global Product Management to translate business requirements into digital solutions supporting product lifecycle management, portfolio growth and customer engagement.

Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to enable platforms that improve lead management, customer insights, campaign effectiveness and business-performance visibility.

Develop and maintain integration roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities and digital-transformation objectives.

Lead complex integration, data-engineering and digital-transformation initiatives within life sciences, health ingredients, nutrition, pharmaceutical or related industries.

Work across enterprise application ecosystems including CRM, ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), marketing platforms, analytics tools and cloud technologies.

Design and implement APIs, middleware solutions, data-integration frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

Apply data-governance, master-data-management and data-quality principles.

Address regulatory compliance requirements relevant to data and digital solutions.

Build scalable technology solutions based on business requirements and enterprise architecture principles.

Manage complex cross-functional projects involving global teams across regions and time zones.

Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and IT.

Translate business needs into scalable digital and technology solutions.

Use analytical and problem-solving skills to focus technology initiatives on business outcomes and operational excellence.
