Role Overview
The Associate Customer Marketing Manager supports customer marketing strategy, campaign execution, project management, sales enablement, marketing technology and performance reporting for Labcorp's India team. The role works closely with the Customer Marketing Manager, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), sales teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns across email, web, digital advertising, events and other marketing channels.
Campaign Execution & Operations
Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to develop clear and compelling campaign briefs aligned with campaign goals and audience strategies.
Execute campaign tactics across email, web and digital advertising platforms while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
Manage website content updates and user-experience improvements in collaboration with digital CoE teams.
Oversee nurture-program execution at business-wide and individual campaign levels.
Coordinate event messaging and marketing tools for trade shows, webinars and field events.
Build and maintain the campaign calendar with accurate timelines and priorities.
Assist in communicating campaign priorities to CoE teams and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Project & Workflow Management
Own Workfront as the team's primary project-management platform and maintain accurate project information.
Submit, build and manage Workfront projects on behalf of the Customer Marketing Manager.
Enter tasks with defined lead dates and go-live dates to minimize campaign delays.
Provide detailed written instructions and supporting documentation to internal teams at project initiation.
Proactively follow up with CoEs regarding open tasks and deadlines.
Escalate risks and potential delays early and clearly.
CoE Coordination & Asset Management
Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for analytics, brand, creative, content and digital CoE teams.
Coordinate content development and marketing-asset creation requests.
Ensure project briefs are complete and timelines are realistic.
Manage legal and brand quality-control coordination for marketing assets through final approval.
Coordinate legal and brand reviews for SME presentations used in events and external engagements.
Drive case-study production by coordinating Sales/Subject Matter Experts with content writers.
Sales Enablement & Field Communication
Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly sales-enablement communications.
Create or coordinate newsletters, laboratory updates and campaign briefing documents.
Ensure field-enablement teams receive information and campaign materials at the appropriate time.
Support follow-up on campaign-generated leads in partnership with field enablement and inside-sales teams.
Metrics & Performance Reporting
Own collection, organization and reporting of campaign-performance metrics across active programs.
Prepare performance-data summaries to support campaign analysis and optimization decisions.
Support SEO activities, including keyword-performance tracking and coordination with digital CoE teams on content recommendations.
AI & Marketing Technology
Explore and implement AI-powered tools to automate repetitive marketing workflows, including email scheduling, audience segmentation and content tagging.
Use generative AI to accelerate first drafts of campaign briefs, email copy and sales-enablement materials for review.
Use AI-driven analytics to identify campaign-performance insights, trends and optimization opportunities.
Monitor emerging marketing technologies and AI innovations and propose new tools for piloting and adoption.
Support integration and adoption of AI tools within the marketing-technology stack, including prompt engineering and workflow automation.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, project management or a closely related field, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
Bachelor's degree in Science.
Demonstrated experience using project-management tools; Workfront experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with digital marketing execution platforms, including email marketing, content-management systems and digital advertising tools.

Proficiency in Workfront or comparable project-management platforms.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of email, web, paid-media and SEO channels.
Ability to build effective relationships across CoEs, agencies and sales teams.
Competency in campaign-metric collection, reporting and performance analysis.
High attention to quality across deliverables.
Familiarity with generative AI, workflow automation and AI-driven marketing analytics.
Work Arrangement & Travel
The position is described as hybrid, with an office in Bangalore. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time for key internal and external activities, including events and team meetings.
