ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead API tech transfer, global sourcing, and scale-up projects with external chemical manufacturing partners.
Conduct technical due diligence for supplier selection, defining requirements for supply assurance, quality, and cost.
Manage end-to-end technical transfer schedules and lead cross-functional teams across regulatory and formulation inputs.
Evaluate chemical/physical comparability, chemistry equipment, and process troubleshooting to mitigate risk on transfers.
Drive operational excellence and process optimization initiatives across external API manufacturing partners.
Maintain cGMP compliance and support regulatory dossier submissions and inspection readiness.
