Assistant Associate

Support assembly, packaging, and finishing of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GMP and quality requirements. • Operate, set up, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain complex packaging equipment. • Monitor and adjust processes and equipment to maintain quality and efficiency. • Complete batch records and in-process documentation accurately. • Identify and resolve operational issues and contribute to departmental projects. • Train and provide direction to other team members when required. • Ensure work complies with Pfizer standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
