ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities & Patient Data Analytics
Analyze complex longitudinal patient datasets, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and healthcare claims data to generate actionable commercial and clinical insights.
Collaborate closely with global Real World Analytics (RWA) teams, international business stakeholders, and Japanese healthcare clients to deliver scheduled and ad-hoc analytical deliverables.
Transform complex transactional patient datasets into structured, summarized data assets and executive reporting dashboards.
Automation, Innovation & Team Support
Develop reusable macros, modular programming scripts, and automation pipelines using Python, SAS, R, and SQL to improve project turnaround times.
Apply Lean methodologies and contribute innovative ideas to support the ongoing growth of IQVIA's Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE).
Mentor and support junior data analysts during onboarding and project delivery, providing data manipulation and statistical guidance.
Japanese Client Engagement
Serve as the primary bilingual analytical interface for Japanese pharmaceutical clients, leading client interactions, gathering requirements, and presenting technical insights in Japanese.
