Analytics & Intelligence - Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst within Roche India – Roche Services & Solutions and the Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE). The role partners with Strategic Analytics & Insights teams, Therapy Area Insights Directors, Ecosystem Insights Leads and the broader GATE organization to deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights supporting strategic pharma commercial priorities. Responsibilities include leading complex projects covering Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys, Treatment and Drug Fulfilment, Forecasting, Product Launch support and assessment, Patient Adherence, Physician/Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROI analysis; understanding market dynamics and customer behavior; translating stakeholder requirements into analytics solutions; coordinating delivery with GATE teams; leading stakeholder discussions as a thought partner; creating presentations and business narratives; working across IST/PST time zones; maintaining an enterprise mindset focused on business and patient value; and mentoring/training junior analysts and interns. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Technology or a relevant discipline and 4-8 years of analytics/consulting experience, including 2-5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects. Strong expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations, Sales analytics, Claims analytics, Product analytics, Patient analytics, forecasting and ROI analysis is required. Experience with IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims, affiliations, field interactions, Veeva and medical data is advantageous. Knowledge of therapeutic areas such as oncology, neurology and immunology, plus Salesforce or Veeva exposure, is valuable.
