Analyst, Sales Operation (Off Roll)

Manage and analyze business information supporting commercial decision-making across the Asia Pacific region.

Work within a Global Business Services (GBS) delivery model, combining hands-on business-data management with dashboard development, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.

Deliver accurate, reliable, and timely outputs within defined processes, governance frameworks, controls, and service expectations.

Collect, consolidate, and validate business information from approved sources.

Ensure information is accurate, complete, consistent, and delivered on time.

Identify and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and information gaps in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to generate meaningful business insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical views supporting commercial decision-making.

Improve recurring reports for quality, usability, and effectiveness.

Support reporting automation, process simplification, and sustainable operational improvements.

Coordinate with external business partners and regional stakeholders regarding information requirements, issue resolution, and adherence to established processes.

Clearly communicate requirements, exceptions, follow-up actions, and operational information across multiple markets.

Support stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region and collaborate across different time zones as required.

Complete assigned activities according to defined processes, controls, timelines, and service expectations.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve operational processes.

Maintain process documentation and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Recommend sustainable solutions for recurring operational issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

4–6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.

Experience in shared services, GBS, Center of Excellence, or regional operations environments is preferred.

Experience managing recurring analytical, reporting, or operational activities involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience supporting multiple countries, business units, or regional stakeholders, preferably in Asia Pacific.

Advanced Microsoft Excel or equivalent analytical-tool knowledge.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business-intelligence and visualization platforms, including dashboard and management-level visualization development.

Power Query, SQL, or other automation/data-processing experience is advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.

Ability to assess complex information, identify trends, challenge inconsistencies, and convert analysis into concise business insights.
