ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Incentive Calculations, you will
Create and deliver sales force incentive calculation support using Javelin.
Design and maintain incentive compensation systems.
Develop effective incentive plans aligned with business strategy.
Design field force goals based on business objectives.
Support project management activities with proper documentation.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Build knowledge repositories for field excellence analytics.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Ensure operational governance and stakeholder communication.
Maintain quality standards, KPIs, and compliance processes.
Deliver customer-focused analytical solutions.
Support commercial excellence initiatives across global markets.
Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess
Graduate degree in Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline.
Experience Required
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical analytics, pharma services, or commercial operations.
Exposure to international organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations.
